How to make Quick Yogurt Mint Sauce
This is a versatile dipping sauce that goes with a lot of appetizers/starters and even with Roti or Rice/Pilaf.
2 teaspoon mint sauce (available at Indian grocery stores)
Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon mild Chilli powder/Paprika
¼ teaspoon Amchoor (Dry Mango powder)
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
- Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Serve chilled as an accompaniment for any rice/roti or as a dip for starters.
